Thermoelectric materials

The thermoelectric materials of the of ECOGEN Company found a wide recognition among companies producing thermoelectric modules worldwide. Thermoelectric materials are supplied as ingots, disks or thermoelectric elements that have high q-factor and long term stability of the parameters.

Basic specification

N-type Bi2(TеSe)3 For T=300K:
α300=160÷170;
σ300=1700÷1500;
P-type (BiSb)2(TeSe)3:

P and N-type materials average heat conductivity is æpn ~2,0
Maximum Z is at 340÷330K, and maximum ZT is at ~400÷390K.
For T=390K:

PAYMENT 100% prepayment is a necessary requirement for shipping our products. You should make payment in accordance with the conditions in the invoice. Requiring products will be reserved for 5 days while we will wait for your payment.

TERMS Your order will be ready for shipping within no more than 10 working days after we will receive your payment to our account. Estimated delivery time DHL shipping terminal in your region - 4-6 days.

SHIPPING Shipping cost is determined at the stage of registration of the order in the basket Shipping cost is calculated according to the DHL tariffs for region delivery. All taxes and fees are included in the delivery price, except in the estimated costs of customs clearance upon receipt in your area.

WARRANTY The warranty period is 12 months from the start of the operation, but not more than 18 months from date of shipment. The average life of the thermoelectric modules is at least 10 years, subject to the conditions of installation and operation. Guarantees do not apply to products that fail due to violations of the conditions of storage, transport, unpacking, assembly and operation.
